I placed an online order on “gadgetsstores55.myshopify.com” for Micro PC for Rs.298/=. As per directions given online, I paid the full amount to Mspro “paytm-70679833@paytm” via my Gpay on 12 July 2022. Immediately I got the SMS from 57575711 (Delhivery – as per Truecaller), stating the following message: The message stars: “Dear R, thanks for your purchase of Rs.298.00 from GadgetsStores!. We will notify you when it ships(#1331): gadgetsstores55.myshopify.com”**The message ends. As per my GPay: The following is given: “Mspro requested money from you Rs.298 (Oid 2701309149200120220712153357@Mspro, completed”. UPI transaction ID:219387218019. I have contacted myshopify.com customer care. I informed the above situation and asked for the vendor details and contact number. They refused to give the number or contact details of the vendor. After a long chat, they informed me that waiting may be up to 30 days and contact the bank for reversal of money. Kindly let us know the vendor details contact number and address or the product shall be delivered immediately to the address mentioned.
