I have installed online solar energy system at my roof top. For 3kv system an amount of Rs 190000 has been suggested and additional charge to carry out extra structure for cleaning the panel etc of Rs 15000. As per contract lightning arrestor also to be provided. But even after a period of six months the lightning arrestier is not provided and structure for safe cleaning is not provide. I have made full payment through cheque
