On dec13 message received from courier for self pick up of product ordered through flipkart,under false pretext of failed delivery attempt.Although the matter was reported to flipkart team same day,the order was cancelled on dec19.Request for revival of order is not acceded to till date & issue is marked as resolved repeatedly in a day or two ,inspite of so many calls & emails messages since dec19.
