For past 3 months I am requesting the PayTM to change my old mobile no., in vain. In this period of 3 months I have sent them numerous e-mails (dt 06.7.22, 17.7.22, 23.7.22, 05.8.22 & 05.9.22), regarding there query Ref. No. 3191625054 (generated through PayTM App) and in response to their email dt 08.7.22. Since then I have sent e-mails to all including grievance officer & nodal officer, but their stoic silence towards consumer grievance redressal is deplorable.
In reference to their mail dt 08.7.22 against Ref. No. 3191625054, I have sent thrice desired selfie with the KYC document (masked Aadhaar) in my hand were sent by me with desired details.
Also I requested them to incorporate my new number in place of the old one, and simultaneously transfer all the wallet money & attached Fastags (of my two cars) to it, I am especially anxious for Fastags as I am unable to recharge them any more as now I don not have the old mobile no. any more.
