I mistakenly sent 1000 INR through my paytm wallet to a wrong number who belonged to Ms GUNIT KAUR who owns mobile number 9136360183. I called her up to return my amount, she denied to return it, I called paytm customer care immediately and I received no response, I called them again and they told me they can not help me and I have to take action legally.
within seconds, I lost my 1000 INR.
I do not have time to spend my money on litigation for 1000 bucks.
But Paytm is so usless and no cooperative.
