I ordered a branded jeans from ajio but the company send us non branded jeans and packing is poor there is no EAN number on the packing and no tag is attached with this product. I tried to return it to ajio . So i request a return but pick up boy came and tell me that he can’t take it as the product failed in quality check process. And then i called on customer care to help . And the person otherside on the call raised a complain but didn’t happen anything with that complain and my ajio app is showing that your return request on hold . It is on hold now and I’m waiting from 7 days . Ajio is a fruad company and my experience with ajio was so bad.
