I took loan from mpokket of Rs. 10,000 in January 2020 for a 3 month but after just 2 month we have got a pandemic Covid19 so that’s why i got some financial issues and so that why i cant pay that amount of Rs. 12,350 and they started calling me everyday and charging me Rs.80 per day i requested them to stop the penalty because of this pandemic Covid19 i cant pay you now after this pandemic i will pay your amount how many do i have to pay but they never stopped they keep that everyday penalty so when i have some money to pay i said if you cancel your penalty then i will pay 3 loans they said ok if you pay 2 loans with penalty then we will reduce your 100% penalty of next 3 loans so i agreed and payed 2 loans with penalty but after that they said i should pay next payments with penalty so i said if you want your amount then reduce the 100% penalty but they saying no we will never do this we can just reduce 20% of penalty so this Mpokket is very Fraud about their commitments’ they are not trusted
