My order ID is 15136056784; PNR ticket no. 126152384 dated 18-09-2021 booked prepaid via Paytm through mahaveer travels. My bus pick up location was Udaipur and the bus didn’t arrived on time . There were three contact number provided and niether of them responded.
I had my medical reason visit in himmatnagar so I have to reach on time there and though I have waited till 5′ o clock in morning while my bus timing was 3:40 a.m. Meanwhile I was constantly calling on the provided three bus operators number and have called Paytm customer care. A person from Paytm raised my complaint no. 22046930260 and suggested to take another bus at my own expenses as they will talk to the operators regarding my refund. Then they just simply sent a notification that bus operator has denied for refund. Then what is the patym duty? why did they booked my ticket with such a bus agent who couldn’t come on time, don’t take calls. I want u take a strong strict action against Paytm as they do such fraud with many people.
