Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is to inform you about the inconvenience I am facing daily due to Non Activation of my Airtel SIM . I Had lost my mobile around 2 weeks back , so I had blocked the SIM and bought a new one on the same number which is not active due to not matching of live photo . The SIM was taken from pondicherry in 2016 . I am a serving officer in the Indian Army and I am moving to Northeast in a couple of days , so it is not possible for me to go to the same circle and get my photo clicked . I would like to request if I send my identity proof in the mail and the same proofs can be updated so that I could get the SIM activated from my current circle.
I hope you understand my problems and take necessary action in this regard ASAP .
