hi team , i have raised my request to port my number from postpaid to prepaid , its been 18 days , Vodafone is not providing any solution to query , all its associates are not assisting well, i have exhausted my resources to contact team and raise my voice , i have been misleading many time with wrong information and mentally harassed not activating the sim for 18 days .
