I was using Idea sim since 2012. For few month it started giving problem. After detailed tour of customer complaint mechanism and lot of talk on customer care centre, I have been issued two new sims. Now I am working in Noida so approached nearest Vodafone centre for help. Despite of their best efforts in issuing two sims one for activation and another for post activation and porting from Andhra region to NCR, my phone is still not activated. Staff is hesitant to raise doubt on capability of company system to handle issue like mine and It is very difficult to approach higher ups in Vodafone for customer complaint issue, website nos are giving fancy responses. Can anybody help me?
There is no outstanding against me as on date.
