I have recharged my jio number +91 92165 51551 with Global pack for Sweden on Sunday, Oct 14, 2018. I have received the recharge request with Transaction ID: BR0001RM8SAQ. But. I did not receive any confirmation message of its recharge. And the network is not working at all even after switching off the phone to make it active. Please do the needful. I am in Sweden right now and would desperately need it.
