As per the discussion with the airtel customer care located at begumpet, they send the airtel executive with the airtel hotspot along with the postpaid sim no. 7680875252.
After two days airtel representative came for verification and called me on my mobile and he was asking me whether this is your own residence, i said it is important to you to get your bill paid by month end and it is non of your terms to know whether it is own or rented.
He just left the place and till now there is no response from him. I once again called customer care and they said your no. is kept for re verification.
Till now neither the executive nor the concerned manager is lifting mobile.This is the worst kind of service given by airtel people.They will be on back of us to buy the device, once we buy the device they job is done.They neither respond on mobile.
And their manager is the worst person saying come to the begumpet office to know.Having known the problem responsing in such manner is a shame to that person.
