I had purchased a Nokia 225 Dual Black 4G handset on 4th June 2022. The battery is not getting charged even after the charger is plugged in for several hours. I have visited the retailer 3 times already with the complaint and submitted the handset with battery and charger. Every time, the handset is returned without solving the issue.
