I ordered a Nokia 55 inch tv on 18/07/2020 on Flipkart. It was priced at Rs 41,999 and I got a benefit of Rs 1,500 on a credit card. So I got this tv 40499. Whose order ID was – OD119193195541201000. And on 25/07/2020 I had tv delevered. And tv was installed on 26/07/2020 by jeeves who are Flipkart’s installation partner. And the demo was shown by the man from Jeeves who turned on the TV and then he left my house. After his departure, if I looked carefully at the TV, I saw white spots in the display. So I sent a return request to Flipkart and I got a message from jeeves that I will be taking a tech visit but no one came for the visit on the due date then I was given different dates for the visit and on 04/08/2020 I received a message from Flipkart that my return request had been rejected by the seller. On the same day I sent the return request again and without visit my request was accepted and on 10/08/2020 he took the old tv and the new tv was given to me. And the return period of this tv was given to me by Flipkart for 10 days. Four days later a new tv was installed by jeeves on 14/08/2020 but like the old tv it also noticed the problem of white spot in the display. Even the remote does not work the same. And if you increase or decrease the volume on the TV, the volume goes back and forth. And the Nokia brand name that is written on the TV is the silver bar. Below it is the black sound bar bar. The black color is stuck in the silver bar above. Since every part of the TV is made from machine and installed in the TV, how can the black color of the bar of this sound bar stick in the silver bar above. I have been given this repaired old tv by Flipkart and I have been deceived. So I sent a return request to Flipkart again on 14/08/2020 and their installation partner jeeves took a tech visit on 15/08/2020. Was. And my return request was rejected by Flipkart. Since the return period of this tv is given by Flipkart for 10 days, my return validity will be completed on 20/08/2020. So on 15/08/2020 I sent the return request again, which was rejected by Flipkart without a tech visit on 20/08/2020. This day was the last day of my return validity so I sent the return request again. And I got the message of tech.visit on 22/08/2020 that visit will be done but no one came for visit and on 27/08/2020 I got the message that tech.visit has been canceled.and call me from jeeves Your tech will not be visited. You can contact Flipkart. So as my return validity has been completed, I called Flipkart and stated that my return request is being rejected even though the tech.visit has not been made. I got the message that 31/08/2020 will be visited. Then on 01/09/2020, 03/09/2020, 05/09/2020, 07/09/2020, I received messages of different dates for such tech visits and on 07/09/2020 The man from jeeves came for tech.visit, he saw all the problems in tv and admitted that there is problem in tv and it was processed by and Sent many photos and videos of this tv to his superior but the people above him did not agree with him and the people above him asked the visitor to explain to the customer that this problem must be present in Nokia’s tv. The visitor told me that there is a problem in TV but the people above do not believe so I can’t help anything. And then that visitor left my house. I called many Flipkarts, called many jeeves but no one cooperated with me. I then shared my problem with Flipkart on Twitter. They asked me to contact the Nokia brand. And it was said that if the Nokia brand writes on the job sheet that there is a problem with the tv, we will replace the tv. So I contacted the Nokia brand but also got a message from them that I would take a tech visit. Even after making many calls on Nokia brand, no one has come for a visit till date. When I called the visitor, he told me that the people above did not believe me so he would not come to visit. He feels ashamed to visit so often. So when I called Flipkart again, it said that your return validity has expired so it can’t do anything anymore. In all this they are shifting responsibilities on each other and in that I am getting very annoyed. I am fed up with these people now. This flips Flipkart and its installation partner jeeves customers. The same is being done by the Nokia brand. So what’s the point? I have paid Rs 40499 to buy this tv. I’m annoyed at twice the amount I’ve paid. I have no way so I want your help. I don’t want this tv anymore I get my money back and I am kindly requested to compensate for the annoyance. Please help me.
