I have ordered noise smart watch on 19th Oct through Facebook ad and delivered Fastrack wrist watch which is totally differ that what I have ordered. It’s a cheating with customers by online company. Delivered by Blue Dart courier. On the box given return address is ST T trading Badli, Delhi and also a mobile no is given but when I called back the number is not in service. Have just informed to courier service boy about the senders full address if any but he does not have the idea. Pls help me out of this.
