There will be not any action taken on my ticket no 2127212 dated 21 Sep 23. This complain against my old ticket no 1996435 dated 20 Aug 23. In this my under warranty smartwatch colour fit pro 4 ( SMWGE6YXGVVZXDJK)received after repair which is different (SWCFP4060182345)from which was sent by me.Received smartwatch is used product of someone.so warned everyone don’t buy noise product. I have personally experience of noise smartwatch. Their policy different from all other brands in India. If your product having issues during warranty they replace with other used product and close warranty. So advise not to buy noise items.
