Hello, I ordered NoiseFit Halo Plus Smartwatch on its launch 15 July 2023. Order was delivered on 18th July 2023. After using for 5 days, i noticed paint being faded. I tried contacting customer support and i found there customer contact number is invalid. I registered a complaint on there webportal on 26th July. And they claim that color fading does not comes under warranty. Even if i purchase local brand watches on roadside, paint will not fade away within 1 week of usage. Noise company denied exchanging or even refunding
