I bought a noise colorfit pulse buzz watch from noise.com on 15th july,22. When I received the product on the very first day it started glitching, started hanging. UI was not responding at times then the call features sucks doesn’t work properly and again the phone cannot find the watch like on noise prime app. And even it connects after sometime it gets disconnected automatically. Then upon complaining they made a replacement and when the 2nd product came in. It was like the old one with all problems intact. And therefore I asked for refund but they denied and behaved rudely. And told me that they dont provide refund for such cases. But if a company is sending defective products it totally the fault of the company then he is liable of the mess. And should provide back money and not to scam like this. Its a total fraud company as per my experience. I ask for help regarding the above mentioned matter. Please help me get my refund.
