I have purchased Noise buds Vs 402 neon white from Amazon.in on 6th April 2023
It has a warranty of 1 year.
I registered a complaint in warranty period
Regarding an issue in my product
They picked it up
And not showing any update after 11th September 2023
I call at customer care they asked me for alternative product I agreed as my product was replacable and out of stock they told me that it will dispatch in 2 days but they have not been dispatched yet.
I am calling daily at their customer service but the are asking daily for 2-3 days 9 days already have been completed and a month for complaint registration
