Hi Team,

As per the noise policy if the product is damaged its eligible for refund but I reach out to them I was first told yes and now I am only getting the replacement product. Horrible!! This product is for 5k and defected piece. This is very wrong. I called up customer service and nothing from them. Only getting ignore.
All I see is they are forcing me to keep the replaced product. which is totally wrong.

Nandini Kashyap is the Manager who was supposed to call me from the services department and never did.

I need some solution. Kindly advise.
