Dear All,
I have foreclosed my indiabulls dhani personal loan( IPERHSP06391606) in last month on dated 06.05.22. i have sent around 14 emails to dhani customer care(support@dhani.com) but I have not received any single revert from indiabulls dhani. When I called at dhani customer care then they said that my loan has been closed but when I said that loan is showing active in dhani app then they said loan is closed in his system. I have sent several mails and did many calls to dhani customer care but they have not provided me any solution. Yesterday they deducted Rs. 20 from my account. Please find the attached foreclosure screenshot which is taken from dhani app and I have paid that amount at same time when I took this screenshot. I am facing harassment after foreclose the loan.
Kindly help me to get NOC of this loan.
