I took a loan from DMI finance, ACC no DMI0029809785 of INR 37800 and the disbursement date was on 6/12/2022 Of INR 36015/- first EMI was on 5th Jan 2023, from there I paid 3 EMI of INR 2710 of Jan, Feb, March and then was looking forward to close the laon hence while closing through I got the amount of INR 32808 to pay, I paid that on 3rd April 2023 and waited for a week to receive NOC however didn’t received and in application also it was showing some more outstanding, then tried reaching there all the customer care number several times for several days however they were not able to detect me as there customer. Hence posted on Twitter on 12th April 2023 and received call within some time I explained everything however there like we won’t be able to close loan there is still outstand etc etc, I requested them however they didn’t helped me. Then I wrote again on 13th April 2023 and got call from social agent Himashu and he mentioned he is checking and will confirm in 4-5 working days then he called on 20th April 2023 and mentioned there is still a small amount of INR 890/- pending you pay that will close it received the payment link over email I paid the amount on same day. However didn’t received any confirmation and they emailed on 23rd May 2023 that issue is resolved however as I didn’t received the NOC I wrote again to grievance and social media team and tried reaching teh person who said that the loan will be closed by paying INR 890/- they said that you will have to pay the whole outstanding, I informed them I received email on 890/- and paid that amount however they where still sending me payment links and closed my complaint several times stating we have resolved the case and my next due date is showing on 5th June 2023. It’s a humble request do intervene and resolve the issue.
