I have opted for a Nobroker’s buyer complete package called “MOU + Complete buyer assistance + Khata + Tax + Bescom Package” and paid the fees of 45,600rs to NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED on 15th December 2023. Due to their very slow process,I asked for the refund and after lot of apologies from no broker. Finally on December 23rd 2023, Waris from Nobroker team, wrote an email to me agreeing to refund the amount of 45,600 rs within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately, till today I have no received my refund. I have followed up on this topic for more than 4 times after 10 working days from 23rd dec 2023. Earlier on Jan 10th 2024 follow up, Karthik from Nobroker’s legal team promised to refund within Jan 15th – Jan 18th 2024. However when I enquired back today on 18th Jan 2024 on not receiving any refund by now, Nobroker is not responding. Request you to help me get the justice and refund amount 45,600 rs. This cheating and following up with nobroker has caused lot of mental harassment and loss in my productivity. Looking forward to get the justice. Thanks
