Text of Complaint by Aditya Botre:

Actually i have initiated a return for my order from nobero it is a sweatshirt but didn’t like the quality so first they asked me to self ship the order because they don’t have any agents to pick the order and after that they didn’t provide me a proper address and they parcel which i have self shipped was returned to me then i asked for guidance from them so they told me that they will initiate pick up from their side and haven’t initiated the pick yet it’s been a week they are telling me that we will do it today or it will take 2 business days but they haven’t picked the order yet and not refunded my money though
