I have raised atleast more than 10 times complaint about no internet and network at my billing residence. However inspite of several times raising my concerns I get answers such as we have never got a complaint from you earlier.We are working with new towers and there will be guys who would come and check. Till date nothing has changed or ever happened. I am sick and tired. I am unable to port as my work location is Airoli SEZ area where only Vodafone is functional.
