hi team ,
i have raised a number porting request for my number 9885383689 from Karnataka Vodafone to Hyderabad Vodafone . I see both my numbers are deactivated without my confirmation . I have lot of important calls related to office .
When I called Vodafone care from my friends number 8892917245 . I didn’t get any help from Vodafone asking me to go to store . When I asked for supervisor my call was disconnected number of times . Saying they work without supervisor and asked me to call in Mrng to speak to supervisor . I quality of service is worst . I feel I am doing big mistake my moving to Vodafone network again. I see worst network with Vodafone with Atleast 5-7 disconnects in 10 mins calls with no voice clarity . Also any time any person who tries to reach me says my phone is not reachable .
I fell iam paying for no proper service from 2-3 months .
