I have changed my sim to 4G sim from Vodafone centre located at Kakinada,A.P.Since then I am not getting 4G network continuously even after complaining several times.It is nothing but fooling/ cheating the customer by charging for 4G speed data network and providing only 2G speed.When asked at Vodafone help centre,there is no satisfactory responce in this regard.If they cannot provide me 4G speed internet data service,I demand refund of my amount paid Rs.409 for 84 days as their offered plan.
