I had purchased Airtel broadband connection in December and paid INR 9600 for 1 year package. I had to move to a new location on 1st January and hence submitted shifting request on 28th December. Despite multiple calls to customer support, the connection was not shifted. On 7th January I asked the services to be terminated and for a refund of the remaining amount. I was told someone will call me to confirm the refund process. On 7th January my service was disconnected and I am not able to contact CC anymore. I have also not received any update on the refund. I used a friends number to contact CC and they again gave me a timeline of 4 hours post my email with account details but still not received any response. I just want a refund for remaining 11 months service that I had paid in advance for and timely communications from Airtel.
