The order was placed on 29 Oct 22 and a confirmation also received in mail, however when spoke on their CC No 7077135114, I was informed that my order has been cancelled as they do not have service in my location, either courier or internet. The executive did not give any satisfactory answer when I asked him as to why wasn’t I informed and the refund processed and disconnected the call twice. There is no latest update other than that my order has been accepted
