I made a booking through red bus app for sleeper tickets for November 2nd and payment was done.But on the previous day of journey I got a call from them saying they don’t have sleeper tickets and only have seaters and it’s said as a complaint from the part of red bus.Ialready paid the money for sleeper seats and now they are saying bothe sleeper and seater have same rate.This is quite unfair because I am travelling with my aged father and I can’t travel in seater Ihave tried calling red bus custy care for several hours’ but they are not connecting to their executive.
