Text of Complaint by Vikas Garg:

I bought T REX 2 watch from Amazfit India on 5th April, 2023 with order # 43625 of amount Rs 15799 via razorpay payment gateway.
Now I don’t have any update from the Amazfit India regarding my order nor I am able to contact them. I sent multiple emails but no reply. I called them on various mentioned numbers on their website but no one picking calls or numbers are invalid.
I tried cancelling order too on their website but always message appears “No order found. Contact support team”.
I sent them emails at various mentioned email IDs but no response. Now I really don’t know what to do.
