I have lodged multiple complaints with Tata Sky helpline and customer care since 21-May regarding my dish antenna not working after amphan in Kolkata. However, they have not sent any technician till date. In spite of this, they are deducting money from my account. Even their app is configured to not show the request which I have created. They are giving the excuse of covid but have still attended complaints in my housing society. I find it a total violation of consumer rights. My subscriber id is 1152876155.
