I ordered a product from ajio . I received the product without a tag. I didn’t like the quality of the dress. I am not able to return the product as it has no tag

Dear sir/madam,
i been facing problem from flipchart since 30 July 2023 by both logistic and company. inhad ordered pegione air fryer 4.2 litter on 27th july. it was given me by 30 and the order was to be delevered me by 1 august. since logistic told me that he gave it early so will mark on due date as delevered, but he didnt do anything and in app system it shown canceled due to which i didnt see return option since i was not happy about product. i payed him pytm on his personal number 3231 rupees. i been complainige company app every time but 5,5 days are added by false promises. due to that, i been very sad.
plz help me in this to get back my money.
