I was using paytm postpaid account whose account number is PYTMPPP14559732024154 in Feb 2021 and closed on Feb 2021of amount of Rs 12000/- but it reported active status by paytm team to cibil bureau and now it effects my cibil score.
I am trying to connect to paytm care via customer care number 0120-38883888 which is busy everytime and automatically disconnected i also send them email on nodal@paytm.com but still there is no response from their side.
