I could not file TDR due to Yatra website and app giving error while filing TDR, there is no calling number for yatra to get immediate response on this. I have sent mail on rail@yatra.com and support@yatra.com but no response.
My train departure time is 05:40 AM 25- September 2022 but due to chart prepared by 9:00 PM on 24-Sep-2022 due to change in rules I could not cancel my ticket on yatra.com as it keeps on giving error could not cancel ticket due to chart prepared.
