My mom called the customer care from 9088812456 for an enquiry for her no for 9831256535. She was advised to visit the vodafone center for a minor detail of past RECHARGE in COVID19 situation inspite of telling them that she was a senior citizen. Government is asking senior citizens to stay at home and these people fail to cooperate with their customers.they were even requested to give the details a day or two later after finding out the same but the same was also denied. What kind of service is this from a brand like vodafone ????? U people dont deserve to be a part of service industry for such pathetic service
