I had booked a flight from Mumbai to London which was non refundable or date changeable but MMT agent informed me I can keep ticket status open. I opted for that and it was valid for 1 year where I could rebook and pay the fare difference and get my booking done. On a later date when I called to rebook I was informed this ticket it not valid for that status and would need to pay airline penalty charges. I told them to recheck the recordings since I was not informed the same. They investigated and check it was fault on their end and hence promised no penalty will be charged. I need to call them and get rebooking done just pay fare difference. I have been calling them more than 5 times a day but none of the agent are helping me rebook either they say system down or they cannot rebook on their end or that penalty would be charged. I am being also told I will hear back from MMT for this issue but not heard back anything. MMT is not helping providing any solution or helping me rebook my flight, just keeping call on hold and then gets automatically disconnected. Disappointed with the service
