We have moved in from Shadnagar to Choutupal in April 2018…We have called TATA sky consumer care and technician promptly attended and installed…. Now when I have called Tata sky yesterday regarding no signals.. I get to hear that address is not updated.. And technician will visit on 08.03.19..I got a call in the afternoon regarding address again in the evening from someone from Nalgonda and he asked me for service charges and that’s it… When I called customer care at around 8:30 pm I get to know that my request is cancelled and a new request for relocation is placed by dealer and asked me to contact dealer for the details… We are noway connected to dealers… We are consumers of Tata sky..we talk to Tata sky and issue should be resolved by TATA sky only… I would like to know why the address is not updated and why should we pay service charges now when there is no relocation now at all… Appreciate if responded
