Text of Complaint by Rishabh Mathur:

I would like to draw your attention towards the non-professional issue with Technical handling staff at vodafone! Most conspicuously, I reached on the store near Meera Bagh site on Friday evening and got to know a “Family Plan” which involves 3 mobile phones. From Saturday evening at around 5:00 PM, 2 mobile phones lost signal after the insertion of new SIMS that they gave to me.From that time he kept telling us that your issue would be resolved soon, but all in vain!!Even at present (its been more than 2 days)that my signals are lost. Even he (Sabir) is not able to revert to the previous plan.We visit on the store many times, but he (Sabir) kept on telling that it will be solved by today(Monday) by 11:00 AM. Even then the issue still persists. I want to take a serious action on this about breaching your SLAs. Sabir is not even picking my call and i am stuck!!
