Hi, i logged a complaint on tata sky with reference no:SR0405192293389 on 04-May-19. On 6May i received a call from customer care for the 100Rs payment for the technician visit. I denied for any payment and they even closed my service request without any resolution to my complaint. Please take action against such service provider. I am paying aroun 500 Rs each month for channels viewing. It is down from more than 48 hours now.
