I booked a flight to Chennai on 14th October using Paytm. I cancelled it within 12 hrs of booking and i was supposed to receive some refund amount after some deduction but even after multiple followups their customer service not responding to even a single message of mine.
Please look into this matter, i am a common person and it’s my hard earned money.
