Despite highlighting and logging multiple requests for services, Tata Sky has not resolved any of my complaints?

The latest complaint status mentions that it is rescheduled for the forth time due to address mis-match. Although three technicians visited in between these complaint calls and none could resolve the issue. Now they have mentioned adress mis-match and rescheduled the technician’s visit again.
Evrytime the call center operatives say that i will receive a service call in 2hrs but nobody calls back and so far I had to make over a dozen calls to their number but without any results.
