Hi Team,
This is sadly to inform that I am having JioFiber wifi connection since last year Novemeber. I have shifted to a new house last week which is within 1km range from previous house. I raised a relocation request of my connection on 4th June’21, since then no engineer has come, not a single callback I have received so far. Every day we are talking to different different customer care agents who are unable to give any resolution but everytime they say it will be done tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. Most of the agents hang up call in between.
I am very disappointed to say that please send an engineer in an hour for wifi relocation or else we would discontiue your services. We are not able to do office work during lockdown situatuations. Pathetic service ever we have received from JioFiber.
Would request an urgent action on this please.
