Text of Complaint by KALPESH SHAH:

My Jio Fiberband Internet Connection is down due to damaged Fiber Cable since 10 days. I had complained several times on My Jio App, Jio Fiber Call center 18008969999. Every time they are fixing Engineer Appointment to solve the problem but no engineer is visiting to solve the problem. And when i checked the status of complaint on my Jio App, it shows complaint is resolved and closed.
