SIr/Madam,
Am Deepthi ,an Airtel Customer.All of sudden my Sim was showing No Service/No Sim.
I went to Airtel Office and Asked them the issue.
Airtel office:Near Kanaka Durga, KP towers, 30-22-80, Eluru Road, Kollipara Sriramulu St, Kothavanthena Center, Durga Agraharam, Arundalpet, Governor Peta, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520002
They took the Sim and tried in another phone.But the Sim was not registering.
I asked them whats the solution.They told Sim replacement must be done.I asked them for the sim but htey are not ready to give me a new sim sayoing our ID is been blocked for Prepaid sims.If interested take post paid.
I understood that they were intentionally not giving me the sim.This is very bad and the service rendered is not fair. Am sorry airtel!!!!This is not fair!
