I have been using Airtel broadband for 6 months, post which i stopped using and i wasnt signed for auto renewal. When they called for renewal i have clearly informed i dont want to renew the connection. Their representative have communicated it will disconnected and we need not renew or pay anything to close the connection but after a month the airtel customer care team has been continuously calling and asking to pay the bill to close the connection even after explaining. This is distressing to explain the situation everyday.
