No service provided by the hotel after waiting for 45 minutes on the table

Text of Complaint by Nitesh patel:

I am traveling from jodhpur to mumbai via jain travels bus on 15 may 2022 at 11:30 my bus has taken a halt to have lunch at shree shiv shakti hotel located before the charoti toll me and my family where the first one to oder the food we had oder 2 palak panner and butter rotti with butter milk, i was told that the oder will take atleast 5-10 mins, after that my fellow passenger got down and oder in the restaurant after 15 minutes i asked them about the oder which i had place the person there told me that the cook is making the dish, during this time more buses came at the hotel with passengers during this time we were waiting for the oder once again i am assuring you i was the first one to place oder. After 25 minutes i was totally disappointed as i haven’t recived the oder which we had placed so i went at the cash counter and told him about the scene he told that wait i will server you now as soon as possible he told his person to serve me and the person told me to sit on the table and he will server me as soon as possible during this time my fellow passenger and the passenger from other buses where having thier food which they had odered. After 35-40 minutes my bus started to leave from the hotel as it was an hault of 30 mins again we where frustrated as we didnt recive the oder again i went to the counter and told the person sitting there that i haven’t revived my oder now they where like we can not serve you with your oder.oder something else i was like you have taken my oder it has been 40 minutes since we have placed the oder and now you are telling to place a different oder. I asked them to give their visitng card or company details to that the person there on counter was arguing with me he was not providing me with the information i told him to give me his oder book that to he was not disclosing than i clicked an image which was on the table in which the company gst details was visible.Totaly disappointed with this hotel we left without having the lunch the worker there where totally unprofessional.we where totally disappointed with this hotel service and behaviour. Kindly take strict action against this hotel. As an consumer and citizen of india i would like you to take strict action against shree shiv shakti hotel we want justice against thier bad behaviour and Unprofessionalism which we had to face and see to it that no other consumer faces this kind of situation. We left from there without having lunch and my mom which is around 50 started to feel dazey since she had not eaten since night. I am attaching a video which i had taken while leaving and some images. Hoping that you would take serious action against them.
