My Father have two Airtel Sim Card in two different phones. These sim got corrupted somehow in 2 days gap, in response to that we contacted to customer care.They didn’t explain how these sims got corrupted as we didn’t do any of the task that could harm the sim. As Solution Customer care told us to visit local airtel service center.Now the problem is No matter what time you approach the airtel service center you wouldn’t find any guy to help the customer instead they give excuses like the person that works here is not available and i repeat no matter what time you go there. And now the random person sitting in that centre suggest us to visit a local store(not airtel but a private store) which is located just beside it.Now the private store guy charges whatever ammount he wants coz he runs private business and not obliged to the airtel predecided fees manual. My humble request please look into this matter!
