Text of Complaint by Abhijeet Singh:

I got jio fibre internet connection around 8th August, 2021 with offer of 2 months (Free trial) as verbally described by technical executive-(Sagar kumar) who came to my house for installation and collected 2500rs as security money. He installed the internet and it worked properly for 1st month but after that it started causing problem for which u contacted same technician over calls and whatsapp on 9th-10th September and he asked me to redeem the voucher through my jio app, but still it didn’t work. Then i contacted the same person again but he blocked me and didn’t pick my calls after that. On 16th September i contacted customer care and requested for engineer’s visit, which should normally take around 4 hours from call but the engineer didn’t come after 5 days, 21st September.
Then i raised cancellation of connection request but the cancellation team asked for a chance and sent engineer very next day on 22nd September. After checking problem he told me that technician who installed the wifi connection has not done it in a proper way and asked me to cancel/terminate the connection. Then i raised issue again for which now cancellation team told me that I’ll be charged 1000/- anyway for 2nd month (for which i didn’t use internet even a single day) and even after 2 weeks long inconvenience from their end.
I asked to repair and extension for time wasted without internet to which they refused.
It was because of their engineer’s delay that i didn’t ask for cancellation forehand and now also they are not sure how long it will take to repair. But they are sure that they will expire connection on 9th october without any extension. I feel really betrayed, firstly by person who installed the connection, then by engineer who asked to terminate it and then by cancellation team which had no consumer redressal solution. Kindly help me in this case. I am attaching all calls not picked by their technician and also the number of calls i made for engineers visit without getting any! And now they are constantly harassing me by calling and saying, give 24 hours more. We will send an engineer and no one comes everyday. This is done on repeat from last 10 days. They are wasting my 1-2 hours daily!
